All new pool accounts are examined to determine the condition of the equipment and water quality. Recomendations for improvement are discussed. Maintenance is based on a yearly schedule to ensure healthy looking pools. Advanced quartely water tests and semi-annual filter cleanings ensure algae does not develop.
The weekly pool service consists of the following routine:

- Skim Pool Surface for Floating Debris
- Sweep Pool Walls and Water Line
- Test and Adjust Chemicals (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, water hardness, calcium, TDS)
- Check and Empty Skimmer and Pump Baskets
The weekly spa service consists of the following routine:
- Skim Spa Surface for Floating Debris
- Brush Tiles / Water Line
- Vacuum
- Brush Steps and Walls, Lights and Skimmers
- Empty Skimmer and Pump Strainer Baskets
- Test and Adjust Chemicals (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, water hardness, calcium, TDS)
